Introduction

Welcome to Rowan Landscape. By purchasing a service or product through our website (rowanlandscape.co.uk), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Services & Products

Bespoke Planting Design

  • Bespoke planting schemes are tailored to your site and requirements, based on the information you provide.

  • Delivery timeframes (e.g., 2–4 weeks) are estimates and may vary depending on project scope and current waiting times.

  • All bespoke plans are delivered digitally in PDF format unless otherwise agreed.

Planting Plans (Downloadable Plans)

  • Our DIY planting plans are pre-designed, downloadable PDF plans and asscociated materials.

  • They do not include plant materials, these will need to be sourced by the client.

  • They are provided “as-is” and are not tailored to your individual site conditions.

  • Once purchased, you will receive a download link via email.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, including but not limited to planting plans, visuals, and written materials, remains the intellectual property of Rowan Landscape.

  • You may use purchased content for your personal, non-commercial garden project only.

  • Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of our materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through Squarespace’s integrated payment system.

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be updated at our discretion.

Refunds & Cancellations

Bespoke Planting Design

  • Refunds are not available once design work has begun.

  • If you wish to cancel before work has started, please contact us immediately at rowan@rowanlandscape.co.uk.

Planting Plans (Downloadable Plans)

  • Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds cannot be issued once payment has been recieved and the file has been delivered to the client.

  • If you encounter a problem accessing your file, please contact us and we will assist.

Client Responsibilities

  • For bespoke projects, you are responsible for providing accurate information about your garden (photos, dimensions, soil type, etc.).

  • Rowan Landscape is not responsible for results if the design is implemented on a site with significantly different conditions than those provided.

Limitation of Liability

  • We provide designs and planting guidance for educational and inspirational purposes.

  • Rowan Landscape is not liable for plant failure, site conditions, or results beyond our reasonable control.

  • Always seek advice from a qualified contractor, gardener or horticulturalist if you are unsure about site preparation or plant care.

Privacy & Data

  • We will only use your personal data to deliver services, process payments, and communicate with you.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
